The rotary screw compressor has many advantages over a traditional towable air compressor. The PTO (Power take Off) air compressor parts become an integral part of the vehicle and are mounted below the chassis and bed of the vehicle.
Rotary screw air compressor components. - Tow hitch is free to be used for another tool.
- The compressor takes up no bed space.
- The system is light weight, less than 200 kgs
- There is only one engine to maintain, no compressor engine to maintain.
- Fewer parts, fewer problems
- Costs less than a comparable air compressor.
