Industrial vacuum cleaners are by their nature much more powerful and effective at vacuuming up heavy waste. Vacteck's industrial vacuums are pneumatic, which means they are powered by compressed air. The compressed air is fed into the vacuum head which has an injecter nozzle that is machined at a precise measurement and this is aimed down the throat of a venturi tube. The venturi tube is also machined at precise angles and depths. This combination of the compressed air forced into the injector and down the throat of the venturi creates huge thrust which in turn ceates a vacuum. The vacuum and air flow created will depend on the amount of compressed air fired into the venturi and the measurements of the injector and the venturi tube itself.

This photo shows the 1" air lines which supply compressed air into the 4 vacuum generators known as Transverse Thrusters on top of the Hopper Vac 650.

This image shows the air inlet tube on the top that delivers air straight into the venturi tube to create vacuum. The smaller red air line below with the small red ball valve is the control for the reverse air blast filter cleaning. This delivers a shot of compressed air into the filters that hand below the bell housing of the main Thruster body.
