Vacteck's Hopper Vacuum loaders can be effectively used for the recovery of cement dust and cement chips. The HV450 & HV650 vacuum loaders with 450 litre tanks and 650 litre tanks acn be configured in many different ways.With either manual controls or automatic controls, Vacteck's vacuum loaders make the task of vacuuming up cement dust as easy as turning on the vacuum ball valve. Our systems are rugged, engineered to high Australian standards, have no mechanicsal moving parts and have a very low maintenance schedule. All controls are pneumatically timed and powered so there is no electrical component making these systems extremely reliable and safe in explosive environments.

The HV650/HV450 utilises a 75 mm suction hose and can stretch out to 10 metres when recovering cement dust and chips.

The wide mouth and massive airflow allow the chips, dust, cement powder all all industrial waste laying on the gound to be quickly sucked up into the hopper ready for automatic or manual dumping.

Whatever is laying before the powerful HV650/HV450 suction hose will be quickly recovered.

The pneumatic timing sequence decides when the vacuum will be shut-off and the reverse air blast filter cleaning will begin with the automatic opening of the pneumatically controlled butterfly valve. Once this process has begun, the positive pressure created inside the hopper also facilitates rapid removal of collected waste down the evacuation chute. The systems have many different options. Some clients don't want automatic controls and so the systems can be made with purely manual controls which reduces the price.
