The Hopper Vac 650 is placed above the Fly Ash transport tank ready to start sucking out the fly ash and dumping into the second tank. | Once placed above the transport tank the suck begins with the automatic timing set for 3 minutes ofsucking and 20 seconds of filter cleaning and waste dumping. | The solid construction of the Hopper Vac tank and the awesome power of the 4 Transverse Thrusters provides ample suction to recovery the fly ash with a 10 metre suction hose. | Below the Hopper Vac 650 is suspended via a mounting flange a 300 mm elephant drop hose that deposits the waste into the capture tank. | With massive quantities of fly ash to recover, the Hopper vac 650 with its massive power and quick response is up to the task. With no moving parts and nothing to break-down, the Hopper Vac 650 can go all day long. | The elephant drop hose has a 300 mm drop diametre to move large quantities of waste very quickly. | The operator inside the fly ash transport tank can recover the fly ash quickly, with breaks provided by the automatic filter cleaning and waste dumping. | | |
